Tuesday, November 3, 1857 DIED. Mrs. Mary McKinnon died at her residence in Thomas County, on the 16th October, 1857, in the 81st year of her age; she was a consistent member of the Presbyterian Church from early life. A few moments before her death she was sitting by her fireside and remarked that she felt very comfortable and happy, then retired to bed and died without a struggle,, leaving a large number of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. At the Residence of Mr. Newel Thornhill, in Worth County, Ga., on Saturday, the 12th of October, 1857, Mr. James Thornhill, in the 87th year of his age. LEGAL NOTICES. Georgia, Thomas County: Will be sold before the Court House door in said county on the first Tuesday in January, next, between the legal hours of sale, all the property belonging to the estate of Peyton Walden, late of said county, deceased. Tuesday, November 10, 1857 NEW POST OFFICE. A new Post Office has been established in Worth County, Ga., on the route from Albany to Vienna, called "Bloomfield," and William H. Lippitt appointed Postmaster. MARRIED. In Thomasville, on the 4th instant, at the residence of Jared Eberitt, Esq., by Rev. Mr. Graham, Mr. William H. Sharpe, of Lowndes County, Ga., to Miss Frances A. Perham, daughter of the late B. F. Perham, Esq., of Boston, Mass. On the 28th of October, by the Rev. A. J. Orr, at the residence of Hon. J. C. Browning, Mr. Walker R. Reville to Miss Mary Ann Browning, all of Thomas County. DIED. In Thomasville, on the 2d of November, Fanny Jane, infant daughter of R. R. & Caroline E. Evans, aged 1 year, 7 months and 15 days.
